I don't know of anywhere in the US - do a search on eBay, it will probably be an Eastern block European country. If you are just wanting to build the feedback coil you could use ordinary enameled 32AWG wire.
I found some in the UK https://wires.co.uk/acatalog/CN0200EN-010M.html It will be enough for 2 coils if you plan on using them with the signal generator. The postage will probably be cheaper than the Ukraine/Romania options.
Apologies I did not know that the supplier wouldn't deliver to the US. Please confirm if you intend to get a signal generator for the coil or if you just want to use it as a hand held feedback mechanism?
