Light and Sound Meditation is a gentle but profound practice of turning attention inward towards the inner Light and inner Sound.
It is not simply a relaxation technique, although it may bring peace and stillness. It is not based on imagination, belief, or visualisation. At its heart, it is a path of direct inner experience, in which the seeker becomes receptive to subtler dimensions of consciousness.
The purpose of meditation is not to create the Light and Sound, but to become still enough to perceive what is already present within.
For some people, the path begins quietly, with a sense of calm, spaciousness, or inwardness. For others, there may be a clearer perception of inner Light, inner Sound, vibration, energy, love, or expanded awareness. Each person’s experience is individual, and the practice should be approached with patience, sincerity, and balance.
