Preparation
Before receiving the Light and Sound energy, we recommend a period of preparation using a personal mantra. The mantra is repeated silently during daily meditation and is discarded after the Light and Sound Initiation.
The personal mantra, Initiation and ongoing guidance are all provided free of charge.
Once someone has become comfortable with regular daily meditation using their personal mantra, they can receive the Energy Transference that connects them to the Light and Sound.
Remote Initiation
Remote Initiations allow meditators to receive the Energy Transference without being physically present with the person providing it.
We have been carrying out Remote Initiations for over six years, and they are 100% the same as a traditional hands-on Initiation. The meditator simply sits in meditation at an agreed time to receive the energy.
The Initiation can also take place alongside a Zoom meeting. This helps people feel connected and removes any doubts they may have about whether the process will work remotely. It also provides an opportunity for meditators to discuss their experiences afterwards.
Global Initiation
Global Initiations began in July 2025 and provide an opportunity for anyone who is open and willing to receive this Spiritual Connection. Anyone meditating at these times with the intention of receiving the connection will be Initiated.
The Energy Transference takes place at 09:00 and 21:00 UTC on the first day of every month.
When converting these times to your local time, please check carefully for Daylight or Summer Time changes.
