People often ask how we channel Love and Light.
There are two key components: Intention and Visualization.
Intention is the focus and inner feeling of sending the energy. Visualization is simply a way of giving that intention form. It can be as vivid and creative as you wish, but you do not need to be good at visualization. Silently voicing your intention can be enough.
There is, however, a subtle trap we can fall into — the thought:
“I am the channel. The energy is coming from me.”
Perhaps a better way of understanding our role is as a catalyst that enables Spiritual Intelligence to manifest.
Imagine there is a darkened window between the Spiritual realms and our world. The Light is already there; we do not create it. Through our intention and willingness to serve, we begin cleaning the window, allowing more of the Spiritual Light to shine through.
In that sense, we are not the source of the Light.
We are the window cleaners.
And perhaps the less of ourselves we leave on the glass, the more clearly the Light can come through.
