An Enlightened being can channel the Divine Spark which connects a meditator to the Light and Sound energy, allowing them to Resonate with the Light and Sound of higher planes of Consciousness. The access to these Energies is permanent and through the process of meditation one can follow a Path which will lead to incredible discoveries and realizations. This requires both perseverance and dedication which will result in immense Stillness, Peace and Joy.
Preparation
Before receiving the Light and Sound energy, we recommend a period of preparation using a personal mantra. The mantra is repeated silently during daily meditation and is discarded after the Light and Sound Initiation.
The personal mantra, Initiation and ongoing guidance are all provided free of charge.
Once someone has become comfortable with regular daily meditation using their personal mantra, they can receive the Energy Transference that connects them to the Light and Sound.
Three Ways to Receive the Light and Sound Initiation
There are currently three ways in which the Light and Sound Initiation can be received.
1. Traditional Hands-on Initiation
For many years, Energy Transference was given through a hands-on technique, either individually or to a group. This method is still used when meditators are physically in the same location as the person channeling the energy.
2. Remote Initiation
Remote Initiations allow meditators to receive the Energy Transference without being physically present with the person providing it.
The meditator sits in meditation at an agreed time to receive the energy. This can also take place alongside a Zoom meeting, which provides an opportunity for meditators to discuss their experiences afterwards.
3. Global Initiation
Global Initiations began in July 2025 and provide an opportunity for anyone who is open and willing to receive this Spiritual Connection.
Energy is transmitted at 09:00 and 21:00 UTC on the first day of every month.

Beginning the Journey
The Initiation is the beginning rather than the destination. Once connected to the Light and Sound, the meditator continues through regular meditation, allowing their own experiences, discoveries and realizations to unfold.
Within the teachings presented here, this becomes a progressive spiritual journey through higher states of consciousness, ultimately leading towards Enlightenment.
